We are looking for Administrator/Admin Assistant in Dubai Jobs

 

 

We are looking for Administrator/Admin Assistant to join our team. A highly motivated & creative individual who want to grow and make a difference.

 

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Create and update records and databases

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Handle queries from managers and employees

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff

Cover the reception desk when required

Requirements :-

 

A minimum of 2 years in experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Knowledgeable in MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Can join immediately
