CLEAR ENGLISH SPEAKING ADMIN / OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
We are a small company with our office based in Muweileh Commercial, Sharjah managing an international educational project. We are seeking a well English spoken professional with executive skills in an Admin / Operations role to join our company with an immediate start.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls, deal with inquiries and log all calls on the calls sheet
-Respond to, send emails, and log contacts
-Respond to and log Whatsapp inquiries contacts
-Provide administrative and clerical support
-Communicate and instruct staff with daily requirements.
-Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
-Be comfortable handling confidential information.
-Have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
-And any other instructed tasks
Skills Required:
-Excellent English language communication skills with clear accent
-Strong administrative and IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
-Flexibility and adaptability
-Intelligent, articulate and hands on
-Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work on their own initiative
-Attention to detail and ability to prioritise efficiently
-Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks according to set deadlines
-Able to work under pressure and with self-initiative
