Mandatory requirement for the position and for visa applications.

Passed IELTS with at least 4 bands in the past 2 years and updated Resume/C

Candidate should have proven experience in any meat processing W

butcher/slaughter division in their home country

Job Description for Poultry Processors & Butchers

Halal Slaughtering (Zabiha) of chicken, proficiency in knife skills for the butchery of a

range of poultry products Preficiency in Halal slaughter of poultry is required

Deboning the products for customer requirements namely breast fillet, leg meat, thigh

meat

Accuracy of skill to achieve targeted yield from carcass, within set parameters of volume.

Ability to be responsive to the speed of process in a target-driven environment.

Experience preferred within a fast-moving food manufacturing business will be an advantage,
