Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

– Cooperating with the general manager

– Ensuring that all office workflows are carried out

timely and accurate manner on a

– Liaising with other groups on work-related issues and concerns with General Manager

– Provide help to management and keep management updated on team performance.

– Delegating daily tasks

-Addressing any issues in a timely fashion

– Assist in supporting all departments

– Interacting and cooperating with all members of the organization

– Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed

– Assistant General Manager requirements and

qualifications

– Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar – Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must

– Computer literate and advance Math skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Great interpersonal and professional communication skills

– Thorough understanding of the business process and management

– Ability to coach others

Strong problem-solving abilities

– Highly developed organizational skills –

Ability to work under pressure
